Yoni steaming is a practice in which a woman sits over warm water with Beltrabeauty’s selected herbs which opens the pores causing ther herbs to penetrate the womb. The selected herbs can assist with common female issues such as heavy menstruation, PMS, reducing size of fibroids, cysts, thrush, endometriosis, amenorrhea and many more. The practice is generally safe as long as the participant monitors the temperature of the water. We generally recommend that you do not fill the yoni steam seat more than halfway in order to prevent burns (stops genitals entering hot water) from sitting directly in the water. Our yoni steam seats are deep to assist with this and are chemical free.
How often should I yoni steam?
Yoni steaming is not a cure but can be used to assist as an alternative treatment to western medicine, yoni steaming can be preformed 3x on a monthly basis: the week before menstruation or after your menstrual cycle had ended. You can and will feel a different after your first period following steaming. For those with more chronic issues it may be more beneficial to steam weekly until desired results.
